Tesselaar Alstroemeria is looking for energetic production employees who will join our hard-working production team.
What are you going to do?
After an informative job interview with the P&O department you plan your first working day together. You will be welcomed by a foreman at one of our locations in Luttelgeest. You start your first working day with a training plan that you go through together.
You start the work well prepared. You will be trained in picking or sorting Alstroemerias, this depends on your own preference for one of these activities. Picking or sorting the various types of Alstroemerias goes at a certain speed, you work towards this. Together with your team you ensure that a good production is run every day.
You work a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 5 days a week. The working days are from Monday to Saturday.
The working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. You may occasionally have to work overtime.
If it goes well the first month, you will have passed your probationary period and you can continue to work for a certain period.
Who are we looking for?
It is important that you show commitment and you want to learn.
You can be deployed flexibly at least 4 days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Tesselaar Alstroemeria is a greenhouse and we grow 20 different varieties of alstroemerias. Annually, we produce around 30 million stems. We have been supplying to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets for many years.
To support our company growth, we are looking for an Assistant Foreman who will strengthen our hard-working production team.
What are you going to do?
The Assistant Foreman is responsible for supporting the Foreman in managing the process of harvesting or sorting alstroemeria’s. You actively participate in the team and you make sure that the team works together to achieve the production standard. You keep your co workers motivated en you facilitate them so they can do their job well. In collaboration with the Foreman you are also responsible for training new employees.
If you become an Assistant Foreman within the harvesting process, you are also doing cultivation work and minor technical maintenance.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday, Saturday and in the winter from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is a fulltime job. You will also be scheduled on Saturdays.
What do we expect from you?
- MBO working- and thinking level
- Preferably experienced in working in the greenhouse horticulture sector or within a production environment.
