Tesselaar Alstroemeria is looking for energetic production employees who will join our hard-working production team.
What are you going to do?
After an informative job interview with the P&O department you plan your first working day together. You will be welcomed by a foreman at one of our locations in Luttelgeest. You start your first working day with a training plan that you go through together.
You start the work well prepared. You will be trained in picking or sorting Alstroemerias, this depends on your own preference for one of these activities. Picking or sorting the various types of Alstroemerias goes at a certain speed, you work towards this. Together with your team you ensure that a good production is run every day.
You work a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 5 days a week. The working days are from Monday to Saturday. Is is possible the work within the hours of a schoolday, mostly then the task will be maintainance of the plants.
The working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. You may occasionally have to work overtime.
If it goes well the first month, you will have passed your probationary period and you can continue to work for a certain period.
Who are we looking for?
It is important that you show commitment and you want to learn.
You can be deployed flexibly at least 3 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
